This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. There are plenty of downtown restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away, making it incredibly convenient for guests. Additionally, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. And, if you're a food lover, you'll be pleased to know that the Yuzen restaurant on the second floor serves a fantastic crab-dinner set, which is great value for money.

We loved the hotel's location in the centre of the city, just across the river. It was great to be near transportation and a 7-11, and there were many food stores and restaurants around. The hotel was also quite clean and had very good facilities, including free parking and a complimentary bath bubble. We especially enjoyed a nearby BBQ restaurant that was excellent and very reasonably priced.

The hotel had spacious rooms and a nice onsen that was very relaxing. the breakfast buffet was also decent with many options to choose from. the location was convenient as it was close to shops and restaurants, and the staff was friendly.
The cleanliness of the hotel was a major issue. Our room was dirty and not well maintained, with stains on the sheets.

This hotel is conveniently located near the downtown area, with restaurants, a 7, Eleven, and a grocery shop just across the river. It's also situated close to various attractions such as the seals' park, Garinko, go, and the Ohotsuku Tower. One can get a good panoramic view from the 9th, floor.
The hotel needs improvement with housekeeping standards, as hairs and dust were found on the bed.
